Dear Robert, Jason & Horse 

Lynn & I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff that were involved with the additions to our home.  In our initial meeting, the thought did go through my mind that you folks may just be another contractor full of false promises.  I am very pleased to congratulate you on NOT being one of those contractors, but instead you have stood out as a contractor of repute and have stuck to everything you committed yourselves to.

Further to this, and almost as important from my side, is the fact that throughout the alterations, at no time did Lynn or the kids experience any form of bad/inappropriate behaviour from any of the personnel on site.  In today's times and the current construction climate, I know how difficult it is to engage/retain good personnel that are willing to take on mangament's ideologies and to respect privacy and/or beliefs of clients - you managed your staff exceptionally well in this regard, and for that I thank you.

Finally, a personal thank you to Jason (Horse) for the immense personal contribution he made to the successful completion of our home - you made the experience a most enjoyable one for us.
